Dr. Mon-Chi Lio

Dr. Mon-Chi Lio is currently the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.
Dr. Lio received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and doctorate degree in Economics from National Taiwan University (NTU) in 1989 and 1997 respectively.
Dr. Lio was Dean of the Office of Academic Affairs at National Sun Yat-sen University from 2012 to 2016. He served as President of the College Entrance Examination Center from 2017-2019. He has also served as Professor of Political Economy at National Sun Yat-sen University since 2000.
