Having worked in the field of vocational education for 20 years, Mr. Thu is now the Vice Director of National Institute of Vocational Education and Training (NIVET), a prestigious research institute committed to conducting fundamental, strategic, and applied science researches in the field of vocational education and training in Vietnam. He is responsible for conducting fundamental science research, developing vocational education contents, programs, and methods, developing training equipment and materials, designing vocational training standards, and establishing the

vocational training assessment system.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education.
