Ms. Kao, Shien-Quey is currently the Deputy Minister of National Development Council (NDC), who is responsible for planning and coordinating economic development, industrial policies, and regulatory adjustment. Within her official capacity, Deputy Minister Kao is committed to accelerating Taiwan’s digital transformation and net-zero transition, as well as promoting industrial cooperation with friendly countries and like-minded partners via the implementation of 5+2 Industrial Innovation Program, Six Core Strategic Industry Plan, and 12 key strategies for net-zero emissions, so as to solidify Taiwan's key leading position in the global economic and trade arena.
