Dr. Mon-Chi Lio is currently Deputy Minister of Education, Taiwan. Dr. Lio received a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and a doctorate in Economics from National Taiwan University in 1989 and 1997 respectively. Dr. Lio was Dean of the Office of Academic Affairs at National Sun Yat-sen University from 2012 to 2016, and he has been Professor of Political Economy at National Sun Yat-sen University since 2000. Dr. Lio has also served as president of the College Entrance Examination Center, from 2017 to 2019.
