Deputy Minister Yijuang Chern is responsible for overseeing the National Science and Technology Council Department of International Cooperation and Science Education. Deputy Minister Chern supervises and manages matters related to international science and technology research collaboration as well as the National Science and Technology Council portion of the New Southbound Policy.
