Dr. Grace Lih-Fang,Lin served as the Director-General, Department of International Affairs, Ministry of Agriculture（MOA）. since October 6, 2023. Prior to this position, she held several important positions including Director of Agricultural Division, Deputy Director of Economic Division at Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States (TECRO); Director-General of International Affairs Department of COA, where she led the international agricultural cooperation, trade policies, marketing strategies, and multilateral organization participation.She was active in professional societies and associations, and have served as the Member of the Executive Committee, Asia-Pacific Association of Agricultural Research Institutions (APAARI); Council Member of the International Society for Horticultural Science.Dr. Lin received her Ph.D. and M.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA, U.S.A. in the field of Molecular and Cellular Biology in 1994 and 1992. Dr. Lin obtained M. S. and B. S. degree in Horticulture in 1982 and 1980 in National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan as well. Dr. Lin has a long and rich experience in the Agriculture field, and made a lot of contributions to the agriculture industry as well as the international arena.
