Cheng Wen-tsan is the Vice Premier of the Executive Yuan, R.O.C. (Taiwan). Before taking office in 2023, he has garnered over 20 years of extensive experience in public administration and public affairs as the Mayor of Taoyuan City (2014-2022), Deputy Secretary-General of the Straits Exchange Foundation (2007-2008), Minister of the Government Information Office of the Executive Yuan (2006-2007), and a Councilor of Taoyuan County Council (1998-2002). He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from National Taiwan University.
