Dr. Ching-Yi Lin is the Deputy Minister of Taiwan’s Ministry of Health and Welfare. She holds a Doctor of Medicine from Chung Shan Medical College, a Ph.D. in Medicine from Chung Shan Medical University, and a Master’s in Molecular Medicine from National Taiwan University. She served as a Legislator (2016-2020, 2022-2024) and an Ambassador-at-Large for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. With expertise in global health, she has led international medical missions and represented Taiwan at the UN Commission on the Status of Women Forum and other global conferences.
