Chang-Chuan Chan is a Board Member of the Center for Asia-Pacific Resilience and Innovation (CAPRI), Taipei, Taiwan. He is a Distinguished Professor at the Institute of Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences, and Global Health Program, College of Public Health, National Taiwan University (NTU). He is an Honorary Professor at the Universiti Kebangsaan, Malaysia, and Visiting Professor at Chiba University, Japan. He is a member of the Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU) Global Health Program Advisory Group and the head of delegations for Taiwan in the M8 Alliance of Academic Health Centers, Universities and National Academies located in Berlin, Germany. He holds a Doctor of Science from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He has been a leading researcher of public health and global health governance, with collaborative projects in Malaysia, Thailand, Mongolia, India, South Korea, Japan, the United States, and the European Union, and has over 200 publications in SCI journals.
