Marc Rotenberg is founder of the Center for AI and Digital Policy, a global network of AI policy experts and human rights advocates. CAIDP publishes annually The AI and Democratic Values Index and The AI Policy Sourcebook. He served on the OECD AI Group of Experts, with produced the OECD AI Principles, the first global framework for AI governance. He also drafted the Universal Guidelines for AI, a widely endorsed human rights framework for the regulation of Artificial Intelligence. Professor Rotenberg teaches Privacy Law at Georgetown Law and AI Governance and Compliance at Georgetown University He has published widely in academic journals. He is a graduate is of Harvard College, Stanford Law, and Georgetown Law, and an elected member of the American Bar Foundation, the American Law Institute, the Council on Foreign Relations, and the European Law Institute.
