Ms. Kiang was appointed the Deputy Minister of Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) in January 2025. She has held several key positions in the MOEA, illustrating her deep expertise in international trade policies. Notably, she previously served as the Director General of the International Trade Administration, the Department of International Cooperation, and the Department of Commerce.

During the tenure of these positions, she has actively engaged in numerous dialogues with Taiwan’s trading partners to enhance bilateral and multilateral relations. She also endeavors to assist Taiwanese enterprises in expanding business opportunities through strategic trade promotion initiatives.

She earned a Bachelor of Laws from National Cheng-chi University in Taiwan and a Master of Law from the University of Pennsylvania in the United States.
