Dr. Bor-Sung Liang is a Senior Director, Corporate Strategy & Strategic Technology, MediaTek, and a Director of the Board, MediaTek Foundation. He is also a Visiting Professor at CSIE and GIEE, EECS and GSAT in National Taiwan University, and a Visiting Professor at ECE in National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. He is a Director of IEEE Taipei Section, an IEEE CASS Industrial Distinguished Lecturer (2025-2026), and the executive director of Taiwan IC Industry & Academia Research Alliance.

Dr. Liang received Ph.D degree from Institute of Electronics, National Chiao Tung University, and Master degree of Business Administration from EMBA, College of Management, National Taiwan University. Dr. Liang has received several important awards, such as Ten Outstanding Young Persons, Taiwan; National Invention and Creation Award (Gold and Silver Medals on Invention); Outstanding Youth Innovation Award of Industrial Technology Development Award; Outstanding ICT Elite Award; and K. T. Li Young Researcher Award.
