Under his visionary leadership, Skytech Inc. has developed over 19,000 components and optimized critical parts across both front-end and back-end processes. The company’s impressive portfolio includes seven major equipment lines: PVD, ALD, Etch, CVD, Bonder and De-Bonder, and EUV Pellicle inspection equipment.
