Mr. Scott Chen currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Central Developing Engineering at ASE Group, Chung-Li, a position he has held since 2015. In addition to his corporate leadership, he is a prominent figure in industry associations, currently serving as the Chair of the Supplier-chain Committee for the Heterogeneously Integrated Silicon Photonics Alliance (HiSPA) since 2024. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of the MEMS Committee for the Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association (TSIA) from 2013 to 2014.

With extensive experience in the semiconductor sector, Mr. Chen’s career includes key technical and management roles, notably as a Staff Engineering Manager at Motorola Electronics Taiwan and as a Process Engineer at Texas Instruments Taiwan.

Mr. Chen holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, both from National Taiwan University (NTU).
