She joined Delta Electronics in 2018 and currently serves as Department Manager of the Corporate Sustainability Division. In this role, she coordinates the Delta Group’s global sustainability initiatives, evaluates global trends to translate them into the company’s ESG perspectives, and defines related strategies, policies, and objectives to ensure effective project execution and measurable outcomes. She is a graduate of the Yale School of the Environment and has more than a decade of experience in the sustainability field. She has been deeply engaged in global environmental initiatives—particularly in climate change, RE100, circular economy, and biodiversity—supporting the company’s efforts to achieve a balance between business growth and sustainability.
