Chi-Yeh HSIEH is the Chairman of FENGYU GROUP, with 27+ years of engineering experience and is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer. Under his leadership, FENGYU’s revenue grew 40× in 15 years, and the Group evolved into a leading integrated contractor in smart, sustainable construction—delivering the National Archives, principal railway station complexes, advanced-technology plants, and the CDC’s resource-circulation program; FENGYU also invests and builds the sustainable luxury resorts.

He rebuilt FENGYU’s quality, safety, and project-management systems, embedding a “People First” “Do It Right the First Time” culture, and continues to advance system aluminum formwork and AI-enabled smart construction.

FENGYU has repeatedly earned Taiwan’s highest national honors for quality, safety, and sustainability; in 2025, as general contractor for the National Taiwan University Humanities Hall, it received Taiwan’s first ACI Excellence in Concrete Construction Award, underscoring Chairman Hsieh’s engineering rigor, sustainability innovation, and global vision.
