Hon. Shyh-Fang LIU is the Minister of the Ministry of the Interior (MOI), Taiwan. She assumed office in May 2024 and brings extensive experience in both national and local governance.

Prior to her current role, she held several senior leadership positions across Taiwan’s government, including serving as a Legislator in multiple terms of the Legislative Yuan, Deputy Mayor of Kaohsiung City, Deputy Secretary General of the National Security Council, and Secretary General of the Executive Yuan.

She holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tamkang University.
