Dr. Wen LIU is the Chairperson of the Kuma Civil Defense Education Association, an organization dedicated to promoting civilian crisis preparedness and awareness in Taiwan. Wen Liu also holds a doctoral degree in social psychology from the City University of New York in the United States. She is currently an Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Ethnology, Academia Sinica.
