Zbigniew PISARSKI
Political scientist, commentator on foreign policy and international security, entrepreneur and social activist. Founder and President of the Board of the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, a leading Polish think tank specialising in foreign policy and security (since 2004). Founder and Member of the Council of the European Academy of Diplomacy, the first non-governmental diplomatic academy in Europe, and founder of the Warsaw Security Forum, an annual high-level conference on defence and international security.
Appointed by the President of the Republic of Poland as an advisor to the Strategic National Security Review (2010). Awarded the Endeavour Executive Fellowship by the Government of Australia at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (2015).
Holds an MA in European Studies from the University of Vienna; also studied at Harvard University, Georgetown University and the University of Southern California. Completed doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and is preparing his PhD dissertation.
