Susanna B. Afan is an experienced leader in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, currently serving as President of the Ramon Magsaysay Award Foundation (RMAF), Asia’s premier prize and highest honor. Since 1957, the Ramon Magsaysay Award has celebrated “Greatness of Spirit” — recognizing over 340 transformative individuals and organizations who have offered impactful, selfless solutions to pressing human development challenges.

After a 30-year career in the U.S. with Fortune 500 firm Robert Half International, retiring as District President of Southern California, Susan returned to the Philippines in 2014. She led the ABS-CBN Foundation for five years as Managing Director before joining RMAF. She is a graduate of Ateneo de Manila University.
