Shin Ying Li is currently the CEO of Open Culture Foundation (OCF) and the general coordinator of COSCUP (Conference for Open Source Coders, Users, and Promoters). She has spent 10+ years with open-source communities to promote open source and internet freedom. After joining the OCF, She has dedicated herself to fostering open tech (open source, open data, and open government), as well as advocating digital privacy and digital rights. She also supports civil society organizations dealing with cyber-attacks and provides digital security support in Taiwan. Having specialized in cross-field communications and community building, she has brought forth a strong foundation for promoting digital rights, privacy, and security awareness to the public.
